We are pleased to announce that Harpo will be participating in the 40th Annual CSUN Assistive Technology Conference, scheduled to take place from March 11-14, 2025, at the Anaheim Marriott in California. You are invited to visit us at booth #509, where we will be showcasing our latest assistive technology innovations, with a special highlight on the Mountbatten Brailler Tutor.
The Mountbatten Brailler Tutor is a comprehensive Braille learning center designed for children and their teachers. It offers a range of features including Braille writing, printing, and interactive learning tools. Its menu-driven operation, embedded visual display, and synthetic speech output make it an invaluable resource for both students and educators. The device supports two-way print and Braille conversions, APH patterns for introducing Braille contractions, and features like on-page editing and optional QWERTY keyboard connectivity147.
Additionally, we will be showcasing the BraillePen 24, the thinnest Braille notetaker available, and the PIAF Tactile Image Maker, a revolutionary tool for creating instant tactile graphics.
This year marks a significant milestone for both CSUN and Harpo, as we celebrate 40 years of advancing assistive technology to empower individuals with disabilities. We look forward to meeting you at the conference and sharing our latest solutions to support the blind and visually impaired community. We welcome you to join us in Anaheim!
